This Privacy Policy explains how Seamra Works ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the AtlasArc IntelliJ plugin and this website. AtlasArc is developed and published by Seamra Works. Seamra Works is the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. The plugin
The AtlasArc plugin operates entirely on your local device. It reads your project's source code to compute architectural metrics and renders the results inside your IDE. No source code, metrics, project data, or personal information is ever transmitted to us or any third party. We have no visibility into how you use the plugin or what projects you analyse.
2. This website
This website uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as page views, referrers, approximate country, device type, and clicks on links to the JetBrains Marketplace. Plausible is configured without cookies and does not track visitors across websites. We do not run advertising networks, cross-site tracking scripts, or collect personal information through website analytics.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Licences are sold through the JetBrains Marketplace. All payment processing, subscription management, and related personal data (name, email, billing details) are handled by JetBrains s.r.o. under their own Privacy Policy. Seamra Works receives only the anonymised licence metadata necessary to validate your subscription.
4. Support contact
If you contact us at support@atlasarc.io, we receive and store your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing customer support (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain support correspondence for up to two years, after which it is deleted.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@atlasarc.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, analytics setup, or other data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or plugin after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
